Today's blog was going to be the last of the #onedays that I would write, it's got to a point where I'm writing purely for the sake of it and everyone else, including the guy behind #oneaday has already seemingly quit.
But you know what, it's not that bad. I simply haven't been giving myself enough time to do them, and once more I've allowed the blog writing process to be something that comes at the end of the day when I'm tired and can't be arsed. So this isn't me quitting, this is me re-writing my disclaimer.
I will still write one blog a day. It may not be particularly good, and it may be for some completely pointless reason that I can't even justify in my own head, but I refuse to curl up and die like everybody else seems to.
It may mean that more of these blogs are about video games. I'm afraid that's just the way it is, that's what I do, that's who I am. I'll try and avoid the subject, but I'm no longer going to write absolute shite about how I dislike re-runs of Friends, when I could be discussing things I actually care about.
I will write a blog a day, even if it means I'm an absolute wreck by the end of the year. At least until I forget. Or die.

I think you should keep it up! I enjoy reading your blogs at the end of a long day! They quite often make me laugh :) although, blogs about video games will be awesome!
ReplyDeleteI like your blog!
ReplyDeleteWhy don't you tell everyone about "I'm Thom Yorke"? Or the time we went to a rehearsal studio in the middle of the night, and the girls in the konbini next door thought we were famous rock stars? Or the time the girls from Fizz made trauma masks out of flour torillas? Or the time we discovered a man asleep in a photobooth and you posed next to him for a photo? Ah, fun times...
